Chelsea have decided not to sign a replacement for Robert Sanchez in the current transfer window, according to reports. Sanchez has had a challenging time at Stamford Bridge since his £25million move from Brighton in the summer of 2023.
The Spanish goalkeeper has been underwhelming, leading the chart for errors resulting in shots (seven) and goals (five). One such error occurred in Saturday’s defeat to Manchester City, where he lost possession 19 times.
According to The Times, the Blues are not in the market for another goalkeeper, focusing instead on bolstering their attack.
