Lee is responsible for overseeing operations, driving transformation projects, and strengthening process governance to enhance the company’s regional capabilities. She reports to both Reilly and Daniel Englberger, chief operating officer of Sompo International Holdings. She also joins Sompo’s APAC executive leadership team and operates out of Singapore.
