RADIO 1 has revealed a huge presenter shake-up after Mollie King announced her pregnancy.
The 37-year-old co-hosts the Radio 1 afternoon show with Matt Edmondson.
But after former The Saturdays singer Mollie shared her happy news in August, the station has revealed who will be stepping in for her.
Jeremiah Asiamah will take over from her on 2 December, and the 26-year-old later took to social media to reveal his nerves ahead of the first show.
He wrote: “I’m covering the one of the biggest show on Radio 1 for the next few months with the homie @matthewedmondson.
“I’m sick to my stomach with the nerves.”
Mollie, who is already mum to daughter Annabella with partner Stuart Broad, told fans this week she is expecting again.
She wrote: “Our baby girl is going to become a big sister. We can’t wait to meet you, little one!”
Mollie has been in a relationship with cricket player Stuart since 2018 and the couple got engaged in 2021.
And Mollie has always been open about her desire to expand her family.
She previously said: “I’m one of three. I’ve got two older sisters, and they are my best friends.
“I’ve always thought it would be amazing for Annabella to have a sibling if possible. That would be our dream.”
Mollie, who has just launched a baby clothing range with Boots, recently admitted she does struggle with mum guilt.
She explained to Hello: “You do struggle with feeling like, ‘I want to be at home, but I also need to be working’. And it’s like, how do you juggle this?,
“[It’s often] easier to support other people than it is yourself.”
