Influencer Ruby Natalie has posted a devastated tribute on social media, revealing that her newborn son tragically died after birth.

Ruby, 30, shared a photo of herself cradling son Romeo in a hospital bed, shortly after welcoming him into the world.

However, the heartbreaking caption detailed her family’s terrible news as she shared that she will ‘never comprehend what has happened’.

‘Our darling, sweet boy Romeo Civzelis. We are sat here with an empty womb, empty cot at home and a broken heart,’ the content creator and OnlyFans model began.

‘Your wings were ready but our hearts wasn’t. Rest in peace my angel boy Romeo. I will never comprehend what has happened.’

‘We dressed him, we held him, kissed him, and told him how much we loved him,’ she continued. ‘Mummy and daddy love you SO much my darling “we’ll meet again, I don’t know where, I don’t know when, but I know we’ll meet again , some sunny day” 💔.’

Ruby also shared her gratitude for her ‘amazing’ fiancé and mum ‘for being by my side’.

In a post on X, she appeared to confirm he had dies on Monday, beginning her tweet with ‘27.1.2025 – rest in paradise’, alongside a broken heart and dove emojis.

The mum-of-two, who had documented her pregnancy online as recently as last week, was inundated with support from friends.

‘Ruby I can’t believe what I am reading I am sending all my love and prayers,’ wrote influencer Jade Marie Wadman.

‘I can’t even imagine how you feel, I’m so sorry for your loss my girl my heart is with you ❤️,’ posted Chloe Elizabeth, while Chloe Crowhurst added: ‘Oh Rubes, I am so sorry! This is absolutely heart breaking 😭 sending you all so much❤️.’

Meanwhile, Wayne Lineker replied: ‘Love you beyond you beautiful soul ..thinking of you ..all my love forever 🧡🧡🧡💔’

OnlyFans creator Jenny Bond also showed support, posting: ‘Oo god! 😢I am so so sorry. Sending my deepest condolences.’

Ruby is also mum to sons Leo, nine, and five-year-old JJ.

In August, JJ was praised as a hero for saving his mum’s life by calling 999 when she collapsed on the living room floor, unconscious.

She had been on the way to fetch him a glass of water before she fainted in the corridor, with JJ managing to call for help using her phone.

He was guided over the phone by a paramedic into putting his mother into the recovery position and monitoring her breathing.

‘There was a point where he couldn’t hear me breathing and he calmly told the operator: “I don’t know if mummy has died”,’ Ruby told MailOnline.

‘And then I took a breath again and he said: “Oh no, no! Mummy is alive! She’s alive! She’s alive!”‘.’

JJ was able to let paramedics into their flat to rush Ruby to hospital, where she stayed for four days after being rushed into surgery when doctors saw blood around her right fallopian tube.

Of her son’s new-found fame at the time, Ruby added: ‘He’s really chuffed with himself. He understands he’s in the newspapers and he keeps saying: “Oh, I’m famous”.’
