James Haskell and Chloe Madeley are beginning 2025 in chilled style, spending New Year as a family of three despite no longer being together.
Personal trainer Chloe, 37, who is the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, announced her split from rugby player James, 39, in October 2023.
Since their breakup, they have continued to co-parent their daughter Bodhi, who was born in August 2022.
When announcing their divorce, the couple declared she would be their ‘sole focus’ as they raise her with ‘nothing but love’.
And it seems that’s still very much the case, as the exes were spotted with their toddler in Hampstead this week.
Having rung in 2025 in the capital, Chloe and James were photographed putting on a tactile display while spending time on the high street.
Doting dad James lifted Bodhi above his head to carry the little one on his shoulders, having wrapped her up in an adorable pink puffer coat.
Carrying Bodhi’s Mickey Mouse backpack, Chloe was also spotted giving her lots of kisses.
Both parents dressed in casual attire, wearing tracksuits and hoodies.
Their outing also allowed James to showcase the results of his recent ‘preventative’ hair transplant.
The cosmetic procedure helps to improve hair growth, which James underwent at London’s Restore Hair Clinic.
He recently shared that he was offered the surgery for free after expressing keen interest in ‘getting it sorted’.
Just weeks ago, he shaved his entire head in preparation, with his locks now growing back slowly. His hairline has straightened too.
James and Chloe have remained close friends following their romantic split and have even been on holiday together.
Last summer, Chloe opened up about the final days of their marriage, admitting it was a ‘dark and incredibly scary’ time.
The TV personality said: ‘When you tell people that you are divorcing, everyone sees it as such a negative thing.
‘They say, “This is going to be so hard for you.” And, yes, it is, but the hardest bit was when we were married.
‘The last year of the marriage was awful. It was so dark, painful, and one of the worst periods of my life. It’s a good thing we ended it.’
She added to The Sun that she is ‘amazed’ at how she ‘got through’ that time, having been with James for 11 years and welcoming a child into the world.
‘I think more people should see it as a positive thing,’ she added of divorce in general.
‘I’m so proud of myself and so relieved that I actually called it a day.’
Chloe, who gave birth to Bodhi 14 months before confirming she and James had split, married the I’m A Celebrity star in 2018.
They were very open in sharing an insight into their home life as, ahead of their separation, they starred in an ITV reality series titled Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair.
