The Pixel Watch 3 is one of the best smartwatches you can buy, even at full price. But Google is effectively giving you the smartwatch for free with this amazing trade-in deal.
We’ve seen some pretty good trade-in deals on the Google Store before, and you can get the Pixel 8a for just £12 now, but this US offer will get you the latest flagship for nothing.
Google is offering up to $300 trade-in on the Pixel Watch 3. Since it currently starts at $279.99 for the 41mm Wi-Fi model, you won’t be paying anything if you opt for the cheapest version.
You’ll have to trade in the Apple Watch Ultra 2 to get the full discount, there are a range of offers available on Google, Apple, Samsung, Fitbit and Garmin smartwatches. Even if you don’t get the Pixel Watch 3 for free, you could get it with a hefty discount on top of the existing $70 price drop.
Anyone opting for an LTE model will get two years of free data via Google Fi Wireless. However, there are some caveats to the mobile data element, as my colleague Michael Crider explains.
In the UK, Google is offering up to £260, which again is for the Ultra 2. With the watch starting at £279, that means it’ll only cost £19. Again, there are plenty of alternatives that’ll give you a decent discount.
However, even if you’d rather not trade anything in, the Pixel Watch 3 is still down to its lowest-ever price.
