A NEW Chinese car brand that could rival Tesla will begin rolling out affordable EVs in the UK in a matter of weeks.
The tech-focused vehicle can automatically slow down when passing a sign that suggests the speed limit on the road has changed.

Solihull‘s International Motors has plans to begin importing the G6 car which could undercut the Tesla Model Y.
Xpeng’s new motor has been designed by the world-renowned JuanMa Lopez who was responsible for leading on the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.
The all-electric SUV has been dubbed a “direct alternative to Elon Musk‘s world-beating family crossover” by AutoCar.
Despite the market becoming saturated with various EVs in recent years, the G6 looks to be a contender against the Tesla model for a fraction of the price.
Although, the current design that has been revealed may at first seem to blend in with other existing models.
The distinctive orange colour has an underlying purple sparkle that is noticeable up close.
With indistinct monobrow headlights and outlined wheel arches, the external features are just the beginning for EV fans.
Xpeng has designed the model to be just under five metres long and almost two metres wide, meaning the car sits in Audi Q6 territory.
Official figures also suggest the rear-wheel-drive fires from 0-62mph in 6.6 seconds.
This drops to 6.2 seconds when opting for the bigger battery.
The smaller of which comes as standard at 66kWh, offering 270 miles and fast-charging.
Those not so interested in numbers could still be pleased with the stunning glass roof that adds an almost sci-fi like sense to the interior.
Furnished with light or dark choices, there are options for all.
An 18-speaker audio suite, reclining front seats and a 10.2 inch landscape central screen all come as standard.
Even the cooled wireless charging pads and rear heated seats have been included in the most basic offer.
Similarly to the Tesla model, the display offers drivers the chance to see where other vehicles are positioned on the road.
And they even have the option to allow the car to slow down when passing a changing speed road sign or to ask them first.
Sales in the UK are expected to kick off from March with the price still not officially confirmed.
However, the same model went on sale across the pond in Europe for around £35,000.
